Step 5: Make written offer to Buyer's Agent. Buyer's Agent will prepare all the required documents and disclosures as necessary and required by Real Estate Law. Upon properly completing a Purchase Agreement, the potential Rebate Amount will be disclosed to you before offer is submitted. The amount will be determined by many factors, including selling agent commission, status of property, and any agent services provided to you.
